June 18, 2017: 2nd Annual Rose Festival Water Fights, State Center Fire/EMS Department, registration begins at 10 a.m., women’s start approximately at noon with men’s to follow, prizes for top 4 teams – both divisions, men – 2-1/2”, women/kids – 1-1/2”, little kids water fights at 10 a.m., concessions available.
